As you would expect from a coach and trainer, we are genuinely interested and good listeners. We also see and understand between the words. We are well educated and certified, but never out of our depth. We all have a background in the (international) marketing and communication world.

Louis Stam

Cheerful, empathetic and thorough.
Louis started working for himself as a personal trainer during law school. It quickly became a passion for him to guide people to good health and fitness. The idea that a mind can only develop healthily in a healthy body became his belief. Thus arose his interest in mental coaching and training.
Jolande Tjeerdema

Connective, practical and enthusiastic.
As Operations Director at large (network) agencies and social media agencies, Jolande noticed that she wanted to do more than just optimize the organization. She inspired people to develop themselves further. As an NLP Master coach, she focuses on personal leadership, coaching leaders and training teams.
Lodewijk van der Peet

Energetic, life experience and stimulating.
After the Rietveld Academy, Lodewijk started as a junior clerk at an advertising agency and made a flashy career. After that, he created successes (also as an entrepreneur) and made big mistakes. People regularly came to his desk for advice and counsel, which is how he came up with the idea of becoming a coach and trainer.
Serge Steijn

Inspiring, clear and courageous.
At a young age Serge started advertising agency Doom&Dickson which was successful for ten years and was sold to TBWA/. His love for developing companies in which people can flourish started there. After an interlude in Latin America, he picked up that thread again. He took several international courses and has been working as a leadership coach and trainer for many years now.
Niels van de Walle

Pragmatic, sharp and careful.
As a marketing leader at Nike and Sonos and founder of advertising agency Sid Lee Amsterdam, Niels’ drive has always been to help talent flourish. Working with international talent of great diversity, helping them develop and bringing them together into tight, high performing teams was always his mission. He made this his profession and is now life and professional leadership coach and trainer.
